Jiamjit Farm is well renowned localy for the quality and size of its prize Asian Carp fish. We have many hundreds of carp living and breeding in the irrigation canals that surround and bisect Jiamjit Farm. This natural environment is mostly free of predators and is rich in minerals and food, so that we can sustain and large and healthy population of carp fish.

Being one of the leading Carp producers in the area, we harvest and sell fish to many famous restaurants in Si Saket province. Smoked or roasted carp is a very famous cuisine in Thailand and is extremely popular. We also supply fish to local markets and local vendors and wholesalers in the area.

So plentiful is our supply of fish that in order to harvest them we simply seal off a small part of the canal, maybe 20 meters in length and sweep that area with a large net in order to catch them.
